Serenity Wellness & Family Practice Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Serenity Wellness and Family Practice, we value your time and ours. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and lastminute changes impact our ability to serve other patients seeking care. To provide the best experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policy:
Appointment Changes and Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $25 late cancellation fee.
No-shows (missed appointments without prior notice) will be charged a $50 no-show fee.
Same-Day Appointments
If your appointment was scheduled the same day, any cancellation or reschedule will be considered a late cancellation and subject to the same $50 fee.
Late Arrivals
We understand that life happens! However, arriving 15 minutes or more after your scheduled time

May result in shortened service or the need to reschedule. If rescheduling is required, the late cancellation fee may apply.
Exceptions
We understand emergencies and unexpected events occur. Serenity Wellness reserves the right to waive fees at management’s discretion for emergencies, illness, or extenuating circumstances.
