It’s that time of year again—DeLand High School homecoming is right around the corner! DeLandites eagerly anticipate this big day, when students, parents, alumni, business owners and residents all come together to celebrate the rich history and pride of our mighty DeLand Bulldogs. As the streets of downtown DeLand are filled with festive floats, smiling faces and excited onlookers, it’s a chance to reunite with old friends, share memories of the good old days, and cheer for the current generation of students. As we all know, the town virtually shuts down for the parade, football game, and homecoming festivities, creating an atmosphere of excitement and unity. As you prepare for this annual event, it’s time to think about how you are going to attend not only feeling you best but looking your best too. DeLand High School Homecoming 2024: Mark Your Calendar!
The DeLand High School homecoming events are always the highlight of the fall season. Here’s the schedule of events on Friday, September 20, that you won’t want to miss out on.
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM in downtown DeLand. Join the community as we cheer on the floats, marching bands, and spirited students.
7:00 PM – 10:00 PM at Spec Martin Stadium. Cheer on the DeLand High School Bulldogs as they take on the Deltona High School Wolves in an exciting homecoming game.
The A+Team 20th Anniversary Homecoming Show
7:00 PM at Café DaVinci skip the game and head to the bar or join in the fun after the game. Whichever you choose, it’s the perfect way to celebrate with live music and great company at one of DeLand’s favorite spots.
